Synergy Protection Group Inc. is looking for experienced and dedicated Tactical Guards to join our exciting, hard working and growing team!

Schedule: Full-time and Part-time

1) Mondays- Fridays 1:00pm- 9:30pm

2) Saturday 1:00pm- 9:30pm and Sunday 11:00am-7:30pm

What you will do:

• Patrolling and monitoring designated areas
• Interacting with the public with a customer service approach to security
• Enforcing the Trespass to Property Act.
• Preventing shoplifting by paying attention to the high theft areas
• Looking out for instances such as threatening, fraudulent, and rude behaviors by the customers
• Escalating and assisting law enforcement as required
• Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents

What you will bring:

• A valid Ontario security license
• Prior tactical experience is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to respond well to emergency situations
