We are a busy dental office looking for a talented and experienced dental assistant to join our team. We offer a competitive salary package with tiered levels based on your skills and experience. Salary: We offer a tiered salary package based on your skills and experience:

· General Salary Range

· Tier1 29/hr

· Tier 2 33/hr

· Tier 3/4 38/hr

Tier 1-

· New graduate with basic qualification but requires additional training and exposure to many basic dental procedures

Tier2

· Graduate with 1-2 years of experience familiar with most phase 1 dental procedures and is proficient in delivering those services.

· Familiar with many laboratory processes and some proficiency in delivering those services.

· Limited experience with advanced procedures which would normally considered phase two such as implants, advanced prosthodontics or mucogingival procedures.

Tier 3

· Experience and proficient with advanced phase 2 and supportive processes.

Tier 4-

· Additional experience with administrative, treatment planning, coordination of treatment delivery.

· Some HR skills and management of other clinical staff

· Quality assurance and monitoring/mentoring of compliance requirements
