Our company is currently hiring energetic and customer focused individual to join our team as Store Managers at our Canmore location. Our Store Manager has a responsibility for sales and customer service and for training and overseeing their team. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with experience in sales, customer service management and retail.
Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to employees.
- Maintain a safe, clean, orderly environment in the store.; Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that customer needs are met.
- Supervise customer service representatives.
- Promote an effective team environment.
- Manage inventory control.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
