We at Valley Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Ltd. Are looking to hire a team oriented, top-preforming Refrigeration Technician to complement our TEAM in the Bathurst area.

Refrigeration Apprentice duties are but not limited to:

· Install, service and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration, air conditioning units, and combined heating, ventilation & cooling systems, and residential heating and cooling systems

· Troubleshoot onsite mechanical issues

· Preform routine maintenance, service and warranty work

· Interact with customers

· Follow safe work practises

· Document work preformed on service orders

· Other duties as required to meet customer/business needs

Refrigeration Apprentice Requirements:

· Possession of a valid class 5 driver’s license with a good abstract

· Red Seal in Refrigeration

· Own hand tools, tool pouch and steel toe safety boots

· Ability to travel on a daily basis (company vehicle is provided)

· Ability to work a flexible schedule

· Able to handle physically demanding tasks, as this job does require heavy lifting, crouching, bending, and working on roof-tops
