Reporting: Reports to the Production Manager

Role: The Production Worker/Machine Operator will work in different departments pending on the skills/abilities to put together boots described in the work instructions.

Main Duties:

o Sort/carry/organize hides for processing.

o Die-cut leather, insoles, sock liners, and other parts for the product.

o Sew/stitch pieces of leather by operating various industrial sewing machines, CNC sewing, heat embossing, embroidery, and eyelet/rivet machines.

o Glue parts onto the product.

o Work with rubber product to create parts for product.

o Operate lasting equipment and grinding wheels for lasting.

o Operate injection machine to build metatarsal parts.

o Clean and package finished products.

o Clean and organize storage rooms.

o Examine materials/products for quality while operating equipment to accurately form product to specifications.

o Complete production reports as required.

o Troubleshoot and report minor maintenance and repairs on equipment as comfortable.

o Cleaning rooms, equipment, and tools.

o Preparing shipments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
