For the Ordering & Admin position, we are looking for people who are highly detailed oriented and customer service-focused. The role will require you to create invoices, manage client orders, keep clients updated on their orders and help with other administrative tasks.
The skills we are looking for are:
- Client service focused
- Highly detailed oriented
- A fast learner with software
- Experience with Wave accounting software is an asset
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Fast and clear communicator in English
