As an Open Top Touring agent – you are the face of Open Top Touring in many ways. You will be the first person our guests see when they come to check in or book with us and the person that welcomes them back after their tour. You will be a source of information for our guests and our team alike. You are an organized, people person that keeps everything on track.

- Welcome and inform all Open Top guests; answer emails and phone calls as needed
- Operate all POS systems for bookings, ticketing & retails; handle cash and credit transaction
- Understand and promote all products, services and policies offered by Pursuit BJC
- Assist Drivers with guest experience before and after tours
- Supporting timely tour departure in line with schedule
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Friendly & outgoing personality
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
- Cash handling & POS experience an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Second language an asset
- Basic computer literacy
