1077740 BC Ltd. is a Canadian company which was incorporated in 2016 and has been in business since then. We are operating 2 shell gas stations in the Okanagan Valley region running establishments in Vernon and Lake Country.
POSITION- Supervisor
This role is a very crucial role in the gas station as it acts as a bridge with the managers, corporate managers and the cashiers/sales clerks. You are expected to be a goal oriented team player who is keen in learning new things, open to new opportunities and training new and existing staff. We are a growing company with 2 gas stations who are constantly looking for support.
DUTIES-
- Manage, co-ordinate and timetable the exercises of cashiers and sales clerks who work with you in a gas station.
- Supervise the cashiers and sales clerks in the store and assign them duties.
- Order and maintain inventory proactively.
- Help in hiring and training of the new staff.
- Pacify the customer complaints and resolve any kind of issues arising at the gas station including supply shortage, complaints and customer requests.
- May need to perform same duties as cashier in the
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets to record sales and inventory
- May need to create reports for store stretch and missing merchandise and inventory
LOCATION
9531 Okanagan Hwy, BC-97, Lake Country, BC V4V 1T7. There is no remote work possible in this role. You will need to come to the store location for work.
EXPERIENCE
6 months preferred.
EDUCATION
Secondary school diploma.
ABILITIES
MS word, Excel, Spreadsheets.

English
