We are seeking a skilled and reliable Structural Precast Labourer to join our team in Clareholm, Alberta. As a Structural Precast Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of precast concrete components used in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Duties:

• Assist in the preparation and production of precast concrete components such as walls, beams, and columns
• Move and position heavy components using cranes, hoists, or other equipment
• Clean and prepare production equipment and work areas
• Assist in the installation of precast components on construction sites
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Competencies:

• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy components
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills to work as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines

Experience:

• Prior experience working in a precast concrete production facility preferred
• Familiarity with construction equipment such as cranes, hoists, and forklifts
• Experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
