We need someone to provide expert advice, research, analysis and design of test plans, related strategies and test processes that are appropriate to the application, solution, project and/or business unit. As part of this role, you’ll be involved in moderate to highly complex projects.

Here’s some of what you may be asked to perform:

• Facilitate the Scrum process. This includes ensuring that all Scrum events are properly organized, facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to the project. This may include financial data, project schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments
• Responsible for monitoring performance and providing regular updates to the project team and stakeholders. This may include tracking project milestones, analyzing project metrics, and identifying areas where the project team can improve performance.
• Adept at continuously improving project processes and methodologies. This may involve identifying inefficiencies in current processes and proposing solutions to address them
• Run weekly, monthly governance meetings with internal and stakeholders. Track and manage progress, actions, risks and issues.
• Work collaboratively with others. Build strong relationships with team members, communicate effectively, and create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Provide quick feedback throughout the development and design process; analyze / report on the test results to confirm that the quality of the intended solution is met.
• Support test planning (including testability of requirement), test design/development test case automation and test execution to achieve business outcomes. Integrate directly into a team’s continuous delivery process, augmenting the delivery of quality software and ensuring speed, agility and risk management.
• Serve as a partner and provide ongoing support to the enterprise and/or business, aligning to TD Testing Methodology and QE best-practices.
• Analyze the end to end solution (business, solution requirements, architecture, blue prints, etc.) requirements to recommend pragmatic and sound test specific solutions for own area; may analyze, develop, debug, and maintain test suites (automated/ manual), traceability matrix; and log defects/assist in defect resolution, as required.
• Implement test scripts ensuring they are integrated into the continuous integration, delivery, and testing (CI/CD/CT) pipeline for functional and non-functional automation (performance, readiness / reliability testing (ORT), accessibility, security) following agreed upon approach using available frameworks.
• Apply the principles of Behaviour / Test-Driven Development (BDD / TDD) and focus on value driven outcomes.
• Provide feedback, reporting and analytics on overall quality / performance, user experience, and future bug prevention.
• Actively seek continuous improvement and automation opportunities within the testing process.
• Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts.
• Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality,

• Clearly communicate project goals, expectations, and progress to team members, stakeholders, and sponsors. Should also be able to listen actively, ask questions, and provide feedback to team members to ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Able to oversee complex assignments that involve multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders. should have strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, create schedules, and manage resources effectively.
• Dealing with unexpected challenges that require quick thinking and problem-solving skills. Able to identify problems, evaluate options, and make decisions that help move the project forward
• Good understanding of the technical aspects of the project. Might not be an expert in every area, but should be able to understand technical issues, communicate with technical team members, and make informed decisions.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other frameworks. They should be able to guide teams in using Agile practices, and also help organizations create and execute transformation plans.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Foundational experience in software configuration and code management.
• Intermediate expertise in build / code / release management to enable defect avoidance.
