The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about Customer experience, renewable energy and wants to be a part of something awesome!

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for Managing installation schedules, working with both sales and service teams to ensure a seamless transition for the customer, preparing orders for service teams and delivering a world class experience for our customers. You'll ensure our warehouse is stocked with the right material to be ultra efficient and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers to schedule 20-30 installations per month
• Work directly with both sales and service crews to manage customer expectations
• Order and keep track of inventory
• prepare materials for service team
• Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling issues as they arise
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all cost
• Adapt to an extremely fast pace and be ready to take on a challenge

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Project management
• Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
• Excellent customer experience skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary: $16.25-$20.00 per hour
