Integris is currently searching for an individual to fill the role of a permanent part-time Member Service Representative (MSR) working at our Quesnel branch. The successful applicant will have a flexible schedule between Monday and Saturday. Part-time staff are scheduled for more than 20 hours/week, but less than 33 hours/week. However, you may work over 20 hours per week for coverage on the teller line.

As a permanent, part-time Member Service Representative (MSR) working primarily at the Quesnel branch, the successful candidate will be more than just an order taker. The MSR will be a relationship builder, team player and financial expert. The successful candidate will have both customer service and banking experience - especially with digital banking channels (online banking, mobile banking) - and be able to confidently support our membership with developing their own digital banking skills. The successful applicant will provide sound advice, referring members to other Integris staff when further financial expertise is needed.
