Job Description \ Location

• Local and out of town travel
• Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining the proper solution
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers

Work Experience

• Heavy Duty Mechanic experience
• Must be willing to travel
• Proven field service experience
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Experience Underground within the mining industry an asset

Education \ Certifications

• Red Seal Mechanic License
• Technical degree or certification
• Valid G License and clean driver abstract
• Service type Underground common core
