We are seeking compassionate and experienced Personal Support Workers (PSW), Health Care Aides, Nursing Students, DSWs and Home Helpers to join our team and provide exceptional care for our clients.

A valid PSW certificate and a minimum of 6 months of experience in a Senior care setting is an asset. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing quality care.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Monitoring clients’ physical and mental health

• Prompting medications and treatments as prescribed

• Keeping accurate records of care

• Assisting clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation

We’re looking for responsible, dedicated professionals who can give their clients the best individualized care. Requirements include:

•Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner •Complete a criminal background check with a vulnerable sector check •Provide 2 professional and 2 personal references •Complete mandatory, paid CARE Pro orientation
