We're excited to be expanding our presence in local liquor stores in the Vernon area.

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Wine Tasting Specialists to join our team and represent Maan Farms Estate Winery at various liquor stores. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting wine tastings, educating customers on our wines, and driving sales. This is a part-time position, with the potential for future growth within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and informative wine tastings at designated liquor stores
• Educate customers on Maan Farms Estate Winery's products, history, and winemaking process
• Drive sales and promote brand awareness by creating a positive, memorable experience for customers
• Maintain a clean and organized tasting area, ensuring all materials and products are properly displayed
• Complete required documentation and reports on tasting events, sales, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with liquor store staff and management to coordinate tasting and product placements
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Hold a valid Serving It Right certificate
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in wine, hospitality, or a related industry
• Demonstrated passion for wine and a willingness to learn more about the industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers of diverse backgrounds
• Sales-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various locations for tastings
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
