As a part of the turf crew maintenance team, you will be accountable for providing superior care for lawns, leaves, and other relevant duties for both domestic and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will assume responsibility of cultivating positive relations with our existing clientele, guaranteeing their satisfaction with our products and services as well as supporting to the expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate must be currently enrolled in an accredited educational institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake a variety of tasks associated with the upkeep of outdoor green spaces.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through outbound sales techniques
- Administer a special herbal solution to areas with unwanted vegetation
- Developing well established borders between landscaping elements.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and schedule services.
- Enhancing vitality of green spaces through proper upkeep methods.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and guidelines.

Salary: $15.50-$17.50 per hour
