We are searching for a Sous Chef to join our Parkland Riverview team based in Riverview, New Brunswick.

About the Opportunity
Planning and preparing meals according to established standards, procedures, recipes and menus;
Ordering, receiving, storing and rotating inventory of all required food and supplies;
Maintaining safety and sanitation in the kitchen to meet legislative and organizational standards;
Communicating regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction with foodservice;
Supervising and mentoring cooks to ensure performance meets standards;
About You
In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
You have a Culinary Arts Diploma and a valid Red Seal Certificate.
You possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate.
You have at least 2 years of both culinary and leadership experience.
You have experience in large quantity food preparation.
You can read & follow detailed recipes/instructions as required.
You can provide a clear criminal record check.
A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
