Position Summary

This position is responsible for leading a team with the installation and commissioning of Photo voltaic systems. This includes installing support structures, solar modules, inverters and commissioning systems. As well as organizing sub contractors. This position requires good communication skills, understanding and commitment to the team effort, flexibility, and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, safely.

• Journeymen Certificate or Proof of Apprenticeship
• Solar experience is an asset

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Physically able to climb ladders and scaffolds and work upon platforms and roofs
• Lifting of solar modules
• Use of power tools

Salary: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
