Service Advisor Job at Slave Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd
Slave Lake Chrysler is currently seeking a experienced Service Advisor to join our existing team of professionals. Duties include:
- Booking appointments with clieints both on the phone and in person
- Creating repair orders.
- Recommending preventative maintenance.
- Prepairing and selling estimates for work that the technicians have provided a written estiamte for.
- Processing payments at your service counter
- Performing follow up calls to ensure excellent customer sserivce.
Slave Lake Chrylser boasts a excellent team of technicians, and a beautiful facility to work in. COmplete with a 11 bay shop and indoor 2 lane Service Drive thru. We are using the DMS PBS. We are a busy shop with a excellent clinet base, give us a call or stop by today if you are interested!
Would prefer a candidate with previous automotive dealership experience, but would consider training the right individual with a a strong background in customer service.
