Service Advisor Job at Campbell River Boatland
Campbell River Boatland is looking to a add a new member to our team! We are Yamaha, Suzuki and Honda dealer that specializes in outboard Sales and Repairs. We also handle Yamaha and Suzuki off-road machines, Yamaha and Honda power equipment, and Suzuki motorcycles.
We are currently looking for a new Service Advisor. A day in the life of a Service Advisor includes:
· Answering phone calls and booking appointments
· Taking detailed notes and concerns from customers and creating work orders
· Finding and sourcing parts for repairs
· Communicating concerns with technicians and supplying parts
· Communicating findings with customers and seeking approval for repairs
· Typing up and closing repair orders
Experience is preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate. We are seeking someone with a good attitude, strong computer, customer service and organization skills, and ideally an interest in boating/powersports. Wage negotiable based on experience.
