Sales/Estimator - Rubber Surfacing

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who is looking for work to keep them busy spring through fall. We need someone experienced at all elements of the sale - from generating leads to closing sales. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional and enthusiastic presentation to customers, and understands that building relationships is the key to success in sales. We need a positive representative to promote our rubber paving in the Saskatoon market.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to requests for sales estimates to residential and commercial customers in Saskatoon and surrounding areas
• Build and maintain relationships with Shercom customers throughout the sale, scheduling and installation process

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years sales experience with a proven track record in exceeding sales goals. Preference will be given to candidates with experience performing field estimates for construction or landscaping clients
• Proven negotiation, presentation, selling and closing skills
• Self-motivation, flexibility and excellent time-management skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
• Availability to work March through October
• Valid Driver's License

Compensation: Combination of salary and commission
