This is a youth worker/team lead position in our satellite program in Hillsborough, NB. The role will include but is not limited to the following requirements:
- Takes initiative to introduce new programming ideas to the staff.
- Facilitate small group activities
- Teach problem solving and conflict resolution in a manner that is age appropriate
- Ensure that program participants and their parents have an opportunity to provide feedback.
- Support Program Director with annual program evaluations by providing data as outlined in program review.
- Assist other child/youth care workers with programming by helping to find material for their programs.
- Provide monthly budget and all related materials for program to Program Director
