We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting general administrative reception duties, such as greeting visitors, scheduling meetings and handling phone calls. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and direct phone calls.
• Schedule appointments.
• Answer and direct questions of customers and visitors.
• Assist with the construction and maintenance of project files.
