Seeds of Hope is a growing psychology practice in Spruce Grove. We are looking to add to our therapy team, with daytime, evening and weekend office space available for full time and part time hours. Contractors set their hours and rates, provided office space is available.

Our 2500 square foot space has been intentionally designed with the comfort of our clients and of our staff in mind: we have 4 different waiting areas to meet various client needs and a large staff room to allow our people to rest comfortably between sessions. Clients and staff have access to coffee, tea and snacks, and staff may join our staff-lead meal sharing for a small weekly cost. SOH is proud to have an inclusive environment, and a culture of togetherness.

Competitive rates allow you to focus on your work while our amazing administrative staff takes care of bookings, direct billing, accounts receivables, client communications and all of the extras. Renumeration is on a bi-monthly basis, based on collected fees. Administration staff is currently available throughout the week, on some evenings and on Saturdays.

Therapists are responsible for maintaining their client notes and for providing counselling services within their scope of practice. Registration with a governing body and liability insurance are required.

Our office uses Jane App for booking, billing and for secure client communication. We also provide our contractors with Microsoft Office, and an Outlook-based email address.

The ideal candidate(s) will be fully registered, or will have an external supervisor. SOH is dedicated to offering various forms of therapy, and is looking for therapists from various counselling fields.

Salary: $100.00-$200.00 per hour
