We are seeking a PM Portfolio Data & Analytics Officer, who will be responsible for developing and driving data management
practices and analytics functions to support Project Management and Asset Management.
Responsibilities:
- Data mining to access disparate data sources to generate customer insights
- Presenting insights in a format that is designed to cater to technical and non-technical audiences
- Develop standard practices, procedures and processes related to Project Management data across numerous Computerized
Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) with a focus on data integrity, quality, completeness and usability to support
effective decision making.
- Identify key business stakeholder insights by running front-end queries and leveraging front-end tools such as MS PowerBI
- Work closely in partnership with Digital & Technology to enable automated MS PowerBI reporting and advanced analytics for
- Establish and maintain a work intake system to partner with the PM Division as well as larger enterprise to intake, plan and
- Act as a subject matter expert on data needs and functional requirements within PM Division for both operational and strategic
initiatives. Collaborate with Digital & Technology business partners to ensure deliverables meet PM Division's data & analytics
needs.
- Acts as Data Visualization and Analysis SME for the PM Division, including staying up to date on the latest trends and
unstructured data.
- Makes customer data driven recommendations about improvements to existing processes and strategies within PM Division
- Assist in the design and development of KPIs associated with the PM Division's portfolio. Create, maintain, and share
- Develop and implement data integrity monitoring processes as they relate to the collection or analysis of corporate asset
data engineering teams in Digital & Technology to translate PM Division's business needs.
- Coordinates with Data Governance teams within Digital & Technology and the enterprise to ensure data quality, compliance
- Coaches and advises the PM Division on latest data analytics and methodologies to drive insights into business decisions.

Qualifications:
- Completion of a four-year university degree in computer science or relevant discipline from an institute of recognized standing
OR
- Completion of a two-year diploma in computer science or relevant discipline from an institute of recognized standing plus six
- Proven experience to take unstructured data from diverse data sources to create a fully automated reporting solution
- Ability to work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
- Attainment of PMP designation is an asset
- Understanding of data modeling and database structures
- Solid experience in at least one reporting tool including Power BI
- Outstanding MS Excel skills including macros, slicers and pivots
- Strong communication (written, oral, presentation) skills and a high level of comfort, credibility, and confidence explaining data
- Possess an analytical nature, self-motivating, and a demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions
- Tactful, solution oriented, and willing to work with others in a team environment.
Salary Range
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $40.04 - $56.63 Hourly,
$76,728.86 - $105,875.12 Annually.
