We are looking for energetic, professional Personal Lines Insurance Service Brokers to join our Kitchener team!

Job Responsibilities

• Look after all aspects of servicing personal lines insurance clients.
• Make recommendations regarding coverage, products and claims.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and insurance companies.
• Resolve client issues with minimal assistance and disruption.
• Effectively represent client and brokerage position to underwriters.

Prerequisites

• A valid RIBO License
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize a variety of responsibilities, projects, and deadlines.

The following additional qualifications are helpful, although not mandatory:

• University/College degree/ diploma
• Previous experience in Personal Lines insurance preferred
• Any additional industry designations such as CAIB.
• Experience with Power Broker Brokerage Management System and Compuquote
