Run the Night audit via the system after verifying that all cashiers have balanced at the end of their shift, print off invoices for the guests checking out in the morning to come.
Security checks around the hotel to ensure all guests have made it to their rooms and no one is in need of assistance. Periodically walk the building to ensure all doors are shut and hallways are clutter free. Empty the outside garbage bins and ensure new bags are in place for guests as they are getting ready to start their day.
Help the breakfast staff set up the breakfast room .
Pass along any information that may need to be passed to your relief shift in the morning. Assist housekeeping with folding laundry if needed.
