WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Working as an Outside Industrial Sales Account Manager, you’ll have a natural impulse to hustle. You’ll listen and find solutions for our customers with a get it right attitude. Your daily tasks will involve developing positive relationships with key decisions makers within targeted companies/customers. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. You will be an integral part of providing awesome customer service and a key member of our Sales Team.
- Establish a territory business plan to create tactics, which will ensure growth of key/target markets and customers that generate revenue and increase profits
- Create account plans for your top customers
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Develop positive relationships with key decisions makers within targeted companies/customers
- Meet or exceed industrial sales margins and targets given by management
- Provide weekly status and opportunity reports to management on proposals and territory
- Calculate and manage your customer Net Promotor Scores
- Grow and maintain a solid business relationship with industrial suppliers
- Be a positive and happy member of our team
