As Operations Administrator SSM, Scaffolding Services your main

functions will be supporting the Operations Manager SSM in

successfully managing the SSM office of T.H.A.T. Group Inc. This will be

accomplished by providing information in a timely fashion to the Office

Administrator in Sudbury and performing daily, weekly and monthly

tasks that contribute to the smooth and timely functioning of the

company.

Responsibilities:

➢ Collect, collate, and submit weekly timesheets and key information

regarding work conducted the previous week to support the

payroll function

➢ Collect, collate, and submit key information (eg. Purchase Orders,

signed timesheets) to support the invoicing function

➢ Collect and maintain quote and job records pertaining to work in

SSM

➢ Collect, collate, and create and manage HR files for SSM workers

upon hire and ongoing after hire (payroll and safety tickets)

➢ Keep supplies inventoried and replenished

➢ General housekeeping of SSM office and shop

➢ Conduct regular vehicle circle checks and maintain maintenance

schedules; manage CVOR information for SSM vehicles

➢ Coordinate entering and maintaining key information in 3rd party

tools and central company data folders

➢ Exercise safety at all times; ensure proper and complete use of PPE

for personal protection while performing duties

➢ Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

➢ Support all relevant Health and Safety requirements as determined

by the Health and Safety team

Qualifications:

➢ Proven organizational ability

➢ Strong communication skills (written and oral)

➢ High comfort with technology (various online tools including MS

Office)

➢ High attention to detail

➢ Previous experience in a commercial / shop setting

➢ Forklift ticket preferred

➢ Ability to work independently and in a team setting

➢ Proven ability managing multiple priorities at a time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
