Marketing Summer Student - Immunology Job at Novartis
- Help conduct marketing material audit using desk research and internal/external interviews, and provide recommendations for effectiveness of current materials, alignment to strategy, and take forward development of updating marketing materials accordingly with the support of the Brand Manager.
- Identify new innovative marketing materials (be it in formats, e.g. interactive leaflets, or designs, e.g. email layouts that lead to high open rate/click rates) via internal stakeholders (e.g. other product teams) and external partners (e.g. print/creative agencies). Seek to understand limits of regulated environment, and upskill marketing colleagues on the latest approaches that are compliant.

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in progress in related field (Business, Marketing, IT, Communication) is required
- Business/Marketing modules - preferred
- Knowledge of scientific research dissemination methods (e.g. has created a scientific poster from a research project, understands basic statistics) - preferred
