Job Summary
The Hybrid Sales & Finance Consultant is responsible to provide exceptional customer service in keeping with our vision, and to produce sales revenue for the dealership by selling used vehicles as well as financial and insurance programs.
The Hybrid Sales & Finance Consultant provides advice, sells pre- owned vehicles based on standards of gross profit, volume, and the satisfaction of dealership clientele. The Hybrid Sales &
Finance Consultant conducts all transactions in accordance with all applicable legislation and internal policies/guidelines. The Hybrid Sales & Finance Consultant offers finance and insurance options to clients through established relationships with lenders/providers. Explains offerings and recommends products to meet the needs of the client. Negotiates contract terms and rates to meet the goals of the company. Ensures applications and paperwork are completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Some of the tasks of this position include:
The Hybrid Sales & Finance Consultant, in the performance of their duties, are responsible for the following:
✓ Prospecting Customers
✓ Customer Follow-up
✓ Selling Vehicles and other Tony Graham Toyota products
✓ Customer Retention/Satisfaction/Database Marketing
✓ Sales and Gross Profit
✓ Accuracy of information, database management
✓ Submission of a complete deal to financial institution for funding
✓ General Knowledge of the systems, procedures, and functions of sales department
✓ Training
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate completion of all files, forms and documents follow governmental regulations (i.e, Service Ontario, OMVIC), Bank Institutions , or the Tony Graham
Automotive Group.
- Ensure that all customer information, files, documents, forms, and transaction information are protected, stored, and disposed of as per applicable privacy legislation and in accordance with the policy of the company.
- Attend and participate in all training, workshop, conferences as requested/assigned and/or as required by the dealership.
- Actively participate in annual performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of the Tony Graham Automotive Group.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation (i.e., Employment Standards Act,
Occupational Health and Safety Act, Human Rights Code, Highway Traffic Act, etc.)
- Any other responsibilities are required and/or as assigned
The successful candidate will have the following:
Education and Qualification
- Valid OMVIC sales licence
- Valid Driver’s licence and Driver’s Abstract to meet insurance provider eligibility
Experience
- 2-3 years’ minimum experience as a successful Vehicle Sales Representative or equivalent
Language
- Fluent in English, oral and written
- Bilingualism, an asset

- Excellent computer skills with demonstrated knowledge of vehicle sales software an asset

Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 9 am – 6pm
Saturday: 9 am – 4 pm
(With one weekday off)
Pay Structure:
$60,000 - $110,000 Annually
Based on current range of team members. Earning potential is not capped.
