Responsibilities:
- Present comfort options of residential HVAC products and services to customers
- Manage relationships with established and prospective customers
- Participating in weekly meetings
- Remain up to date on the latest industry trends and technology available within the market
- Actively network and generate sales & business opportunities
- Attend Team building activities
- Maintain a strong close ratio on sales
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is a must
- HVAC experience is an asset but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Possess the people skills to build relationships
- Ability to support demand and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Valid drivers license
- Position requires willingness to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $75,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
