Responsibilities:
Campsite position, 7 days in, 7 days out. Room and board paid by employer
- The candidate would be working on variety of different types of underground equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
- Repair, Overhaul, Maintenance, Service, Recondition
- Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
- Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanic an asset
- Mobile equipment experience an asset
- Must reside near the province of Alberta
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem solving;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Show the willingness to learn and grow within a team environment.
Education \ Certification
- Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
- Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic Trade Certification, Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician Red Seal Endorsement an asset
- Must be double-vaxxed
