Position Type: Full time
Description of Duties:
- Help to ensure tools and materials are prepared in advance to enable projects to be produced in the most efficient manner possible.
- Working with and giving instruction to 2-3 labourers on various tasks and projects throughout the day.
- Take direction from Site Foreman on tasks to be completed.
- Recommend more efficient ways to do tasks.
- Work in a pre-planned and efficient manner to ensure all tasks are being completed within the allotted time frame.
- Double check all work you produce to proactively prevent deficiencies.
- Be eager to take on physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
Skills and Requirements:
- Drivers license
- Cell phone
- At least 2 years construction experience, preferably in framing or concrete foundations.
Compensation:
$35-$40/hr
Benefits after 3 months.
