Position Information
This position is for the Angiogram Booking Office.
Temporary position until approximately June 15, 2024.
Rotation/Shifts
Days, 8 hour shifts. (08:00-16:00)

Basic Requirements

Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12);

Successful completion of TOH medical terminology self-directed learning program or certification in medical terminology from a recognized educational institution;

Six (6) months recent clerical experience (which included the use of medical terminology);

Experience in booking/scheduling practices;

Data Entry (4000 keystrokes/hour);

Basic Word;

Basic Excel;
-
Excellent interpersonal skills;

Ability to prioritize;

Good organizational and problem solving skills;

Demonstrates above average initiative and judgment.
