1Tims Inc. is a Tim Hortons owner group of 13 locations within Windsor. We are looking for a motivated and well-organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
In summary, the Administrative Assistant will:
- Perform basic bookkeeping functions.
- Complete invoice and other monetary documents.
- Prepare documents, reports, and other correspondence materials for management team.
- Maintain filing system.
- Review, evaluate and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required.
- Courteously receive and screen all in-bound calls, emails, and visitors.

Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
