Working as an Warehouse Associate your duties include:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive all shipments from vendors, match delivery slips with POs.

2. Ship products to customers, match packing slips with POs.

3. Call customers about an order ready for pick up and arrange pick up window with customers.

4. Work with the purchasing and shipping department for matching products with POs with received at the warehouse and matching products with POs when shipped from the warehouse.

5. Prepare border export paperwork for export shipments.

6. Operate fork lift and Skid Steer equipment.

7. Responsible for organizing warehouse according to the shipping schedule.

8. Attend meetings on Monday mornings and plan out the warehouse operations for the week.

Skills and Experience required:

1. Minimum of 1 year of work experience required in an office environment.

2. Required completed high school education.

3. Very good English speaking and writing skills.

4. Computer skills are necessary to work with the inventory software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
