Responsibilities:

• Assist in receives, inspects, handle and stocks inbound products
• Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines condition and completes paperwork
• Arranges for pick-up of shipments, contacts delivery drivers and coordinates schedule
• Communicate effectively with the other departments in the company
• Responds quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolves problems, and communicates service issues to the supervisor
• Encourage safe work practices in others
• Arrange daily cycle count and follow variance
• Weekly report update

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or international equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Moderate computer skills, assist in report data collection
• Strong responsibility, obey the supervision, good communication skills
