Purpose
We are looking for a motivated team member who is eager to learn and grow with the company. This team member should be self-motivated with the ability to respond and solve multiple demands concurrently. We offer a decentralized work environment which requires both on-site and off-site management.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain facilities to the highest standard; quality is everything
- Respond to queries and requests from property residents in a customer service role in a timely manner
- Assist in building maintenance; scheduling repair/cleaning services; manage upkeep of units; strong knowledge of assigned location
Requirements
- A valid drivers license
- Handy Skills are a huge plus
- Knowledge of tools and home repair or a willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task in a changing environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Salary: $20.00 per hour
