Job Description

A Territory Sales manager will be responsible for overseeing the prospecting & acquisition of resellers in their region. Each Territory Sales Manager will be provided with a list of prospects as well as monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will ensure your clients are satisfied with the product they purchased, answer client questions, assess product problems, and resolve issues in a variety of ways to ensure client satisfaction. Proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues. Create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution. Negotiate pricing, terms, and other contractual issues. Set up face to face meetings with existing accounts and new business prospects. Identify sales opportunities for current and potential clients and sell the product.

Territory Sales Managers will also be responsible for executing approximately 60-80 days of Direct-to-Consumer Sales Events. These sales events will be pre-planned and tied to extensive bonus opportunities. These events are critical in order provide exposure in new regions and create brand awareness.

Sales Training & Product Education will be provided by the VP of Sales and KNKT Founders Directly. We will teach you the pitch, identify key product innovations and help you understand what KNKT is and how we plan to provide everyone with the perfect fitting belt.

Position Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral and written communication skills.
  • Successful closing skills
  • Strong work ethic/ Superior time management
  • Ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organization, from CEO to a front office professional.
  • Must be willing to work Saturdays and Sundays during the busy season (October to March)
  • Past retail sales experience considered an asset
  • Having a reliable Vehicle is considered an asset (Fuel and Mileage Expenses will be compensated)

Schedule

It is expected that Full-time employees put in approximately 160 hours a month between Sales Calls, Meetings, Product Delivery & Sales Events. Sales events typically run Thurs – Sun and will require up to 2 weekends or 6-8 days per month. Part-time employees will work anywhere from 20-80 Hours per month.

You will manage your work week, the position is predominantly remote, working from home or on the road. We will execute weekly sales calls to review the past weeks performance and identify upcoming opportunities.
