We are currently looking for a motivated, outgoing, resilient, and intelligent candidate to be a part of our 2023 Regional Manager team and lead the operations of a division of our business.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Regional Manager, you will manage a division of our home servicing business. Our services primarily consist of window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, pressure washing and more. You will work with a small team, serve our existing clients, and generate new sales for the division. We are here for training, support, and mentorship, but ultimately, this is your chance to be responsible for the day-to-day operations and sales of the division. The Regional Manager will be responsible to LEARN to do the following:

  • Recruit, interview, and manage a team of 2-4 crew members
  • Manage the logistics of a window cleaning business operations in a specified region
  • Maintain high levels of customer service excellence with our valued repeat customers
  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to grow your division
  • Solve the day-to-day problems that come with being a leader
  • Make financial decisions around allocating limited resources

You will work directly with the business owner, who leads as more of a coach than a boss. Each Regional Manager has a weekly one-on-one call to plan their weeks, discuss goals, and solve business problems. In-person training sessions are designed to give the basics needed to perform, and coaching takes that theory and moves it into experience.

EARNINGS

A Regional Manager has a base compensation of $19/hr

The Regional Manager is eligible for bonuses based on their performance.
