The HR Summer Intern will provide support to the Nutrien Vanscoy Potash HR Department for the months of May to August 2023.

What you will do:

• Support and gain exposure to general HR competencies
• Providing general administrative and clerical support
• Paper filing as well as electronic record keeping of documents
• Assist in the execution and delivery of HR processes and transactions at the Vanscoy site
• Answer phone calls being made to the HR Department and assist as necessary

What you will bring:

• Currently enrolled in a Commerce post-secondary program, Human Resources program is preferred
• Must be professional and have the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Class 5 driver’s license required to commute to site
• Experience with SAP database software is an asset
• Customer Service experience is an asset
