As the Store Manager your responsibilities will include: Reporting to your District Manager, running all aspect of managing a single retail store, complete store operation liability to achieve sales and store goals, reward and motivate associates, training, hiring, organization, visual merchandising, inventory control, lead the store team to provide excellent customer service and to exceed all of LALINE's goals and initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven ability to drive sales results
- Follow all company policies and procedures as per Laline handbook, shop operations manual
- Strong communication and ability to create a customer focused selling culture
- Track record of driving results through individual associate sales productivity and achieving sales plan
- Inventory control
- Availability for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing and peak shifts
- Accountable to delivering sales plan through effective management/delegation of store and operational tasks and execute tasks as assigned and leadership tasks as delegated by the District manager
- Prior sales management experience
Role and Responsibilities
Building High Performing Teams:
- Coach, develop and maximize the success of all associates
- Ensure team communication; reinforcing that associates at every level are focused and accountable to selling
- Set and reinforce clear and aligned selling expectations, performance, results and accountability with all associates
- Build a team that works well together based on the needs of the store
- Complete business reports accurately and on time as directed by District manager
- Build schedules to maximize and leverage sales results
- Effectively and fairly manage performance as delegated by the District manager
- Selling Effectiveness - Lead to meet selling goals
- Lead and model the selling and customer experience standards
- Build highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and add customers to our loyalty club
- Effectively execute visual merchandising, policies and procedures according to Company guidelines
- Telling the Brand Story
- Build store environment that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional shopping experiences
- Ensure implementation of company selling strategies
- Lead, delegate and execute store standards and maintain a safe, inviting store appearance
- Operational Excellence.
- Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret / disseminate company directive
- Partner with the members of the sales leadership team to support action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities
- Incorporate Loss Prevention and safety messages into daily operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
