About the role:

As the voice of our brand on social media, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing campaigns that engage and delight our followers. Whether you're creating visually stunning graphics, running innovative contests, or responding to customer inquiries with lightning speed, you'll always be at the forefront of what's happening in the social media world.

We're looking for someone with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of what makes people tick. Bonus points if you have experience in a fast-paced environment and can easily manage multiple accounts. Objectives and Key Results

  • Prepare the monthly social media calendars, graphics and content requests in accordance with the strategy provided by the brand manager, at least one (1) month ahead of intended execution
  • Monitor the posting and performance of all social media platforms to ensure objectives are being met
  • Communicate performance via checkpoint and monthly reports to the project coordinator, and brand manager (if stated)
  • Ensure and maintain consistency, branding voice is being projected across all platforms, provide feedback and suggest changes where necessary
  • Communicate any requirements of resources, risks and changes to the Project Coordinator
  • Create and maintain social media processes
  • Assess any market opportunities on social platforms and stay on top of trends
  • Sets and measures KPIs for Social Media Engagement and general performance in accordance with project objectives
  • Research industry trends, create and implement processes to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Select giveaway items inline with brand strategy
  • Record monthly social analytics
  • Review SOPs and make changes as necessary

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Advertising, or any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media roles
  • Outstanding communication, organization and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of a role, with minimal supervision
  • Passionate about social media and content creation
  • With exceptional copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks
  • Must have strong attention to detail, goal oriented, problem-solver, self-motivated and independent
  • Strong work ethic and commitment
