Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct multi-platform social media management – creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers/ subscribers, and maintaining accounts administration on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with product manager and content marketing manager to develop and initiate social media campaign strategies and content marketing strategies to grow social media followers and audience engagement.
  • Develop an understanding of target audiences, consumer segments, product portfolio and competition to collaborate and curate content ideas to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and build a platform of UGC, Influencer and affiliate content to expand brand and product reach throughout target markets.
  • Manage and update website, Amazon SEO, keywords, images and product listings to ensure most updated product information is presented to users.
  • Collaborate with product manager to develop and run targeted Ad campaigns on Google, Amazon and Social Media platforms to improve brand and product reach.
  • Monitor and report insights of advertising, social media and content marketing strategies through key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Ideal Candidate should possess

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and content marketing with a proven track record of maintaining social media sites. (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Proven experience in growing a following on social media on behalf of mid-size or start ups are preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of implementing and managing paid social media campaigns and Google marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and keyword research.
  • Strong analytical (Google analytics, social media analytics) and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform social media strategy and decision-making.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management and strategic planning skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce & website platforms (Amazon, Shopify and WordPress) are a plus.

Location: on-site hybrid with 3 days at office, but with flexibility to come in more often if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
