The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, including various social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing, monitoring, and posting on social networks including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and more. Social Media Intern Responsibilities

• Work with the Social Media Manager to implement campaigns.
• create and execute content calendars weekly and monthly for company brands.
• Monitor analytics with the Social Media Manager to identify viable ideas.
• Create engaging blog and social media content.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of a monthly editorial which included monthly sales objectives and initiatives
• Hashtag and SEO research for optimized views and sales
• Create and execute email campaign
• Influencer/ UGC research and outreach In-depth audience and buyer persona research

The ideal candidate would have:

• BA or certificate in Marketing, communications or a similar relevant field.
• 1 or more years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role (can be a previous internship program)
• Good knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices
• Some understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Enthusiastic, outgoing and motivated
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Canva
• Be comfortable in Front of the Camera
