Service Technician - Copiers Job at Ribbon Encore Inc.
Ribbon Encore is looking for a customer-service oriented Service Technician to repair printers and photocopiers.
This position is both an on site field position where much of your time is spent on-site at customer locations, but a fair amount of your time will be spent doing in-house repairs and on our helpline.
Hence strong communication and diagnostic skills are required.
What You’ll Do
· Keep our clients printers and copiers running
· Preventative maintenance
· Diagnose and repair (Printers and Copiers)
· Clearly explain repairs and costs to customers
· Copier/Printer installs & setup
· Training for customers of all technical levels
· Assist customers with step-by-step problem resolution
Who we are looking for:
· An aptitude for servicing office equipment
· Professionalism and friendly attitude
· Effective communication skills; face to face and on the phone
· Field service experience with printers and/ or photocopiers is a plus
· G license and clean driving abstract
· An attitude to get the job done

Salary: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

- Guelph, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
