Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the parts manager to ensure the dealership's operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and technicians, including locating necessary parts, providing pricing, and managing online orders.
• Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving for parts orders at Volvo Cars Oakville; unload, receive, and store incoming parts and wholesale items.
• Locate and dispatch parts and other materials to customers and other wholesale accounts.
• Offer parts support to the service technicians as required.
• Organize inventory stock items, ensuring inventory and bins are adjusted accordingly. Accurately and thoroughly document all shipping and receiving activities.

Relevant Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an automotive retail environment.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of warehouse work in the parts/wholesale trade industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of parts and warehousing operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Articulate communication abilities, both in person and over the phone.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive wage and benefits package, commensurate with qualifications and experience in the Parts Specialist role.

Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
