Job Description (minimum qualifications):

· Fine dining experience is preferred

· General knowledge of alcoholic drinks and mixes

· Strong knowledge of wines & whiskeys/scotch is an asset

· Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work a variety of shifts as a team or independently

· A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with kitchen & front of house staff.

· Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised

· Able to handle money accurately and work with POS system

· Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food and drinks frequently through the facility (the second floor included).

· Ability to break down and move tables/banquet tables and dining furniture

· Capable of following instructions and comfortable asking questions for clarification if needed

· Able to work in a high-end busy restaurant/meeting space environment

Requirements:

· Smart Serve Certification

· Ability to work under pressure

· Capable of multitasking

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent - sometimes a Saturday or Sunday

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
