The day-to-day will include Prospecting, cold calling, and cold emailing potential clients. Most of the time will be spent on the phone and on emails. It will be a mix of a hunting and farming sales role.

Requirements

• This position is not remote, an ideal candidate will also have a mode of transport for client meetings around Greater Toronto Area.
• Valid driver's license and the candidate must be based within the Toronto or surrounding cities and be able to drive daily to our distribution centre in Bolton, ON
• B2B sales experience is a strong preference for this position (i.e. Non-retail sales experience
• Excellent communication skills with great English (written and verbal)
• Clear, crispy, confident voice as a lot of time will be spent on the phone and on emails.
• Deliver at a fast pace, the individual needs to be a fast learner that can quickly pick up the product line
• Persistent, positive attitude with a commitment to achieving & exceeding sales targets
• Strong technology skills are a must, experience in using CRM, ERP, Inventory Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilites:

• Prospecting for new accounts including cold calls & emails via our CRM system
• Handling inbound requests from our website and existing clients
• Assisting customers with orders, returns, and a full range of account management and customer service.
• Supporting with new products and special projects
• Organizing training sessions for B2B distribution clients and industry-wide lunch & learns
• Playing a key pivotal role in supporting existing larger accounts to update displays, provide samples and new product trainings to grow the account

• Position is a base + commission structure
